Digital City Map Images - Business License Restrictions

Mapmobility Corp. retains complete copyright and ownership of the Digital City Map Images (the "Maps") and provides the purchaser (you) with a limited license for use of the Maps subject to the following:

The Maps may:

• be installed on one computer hard disk
• be used for personal or business use within these set limitations
• not be resold or redistributed in any medium in any format, even if modified
• not be used to create scandalous, obscene or immoral works
• not be used in any manner which suggests Mapmobility Corp.'s association with or endorsing any product, service or prejudicial belief/opinion

This license may be transferred to another party provided that party agrees to abide by all terms in this license, and you destroy all copies of the Maps in your possession upon transfer.

All works and reproductions produced with this Map must include the copyright notice that is part of the Map file which states "©Copyright Mapmobility Corp.". Any alteration to this License requires the written consent of an authorized representative of Mapmobility Corp.

If you wish to sell or otherwise distribute these Map file(s) to another party, and also wish to retain the Maps for your own further use, then you must purchase an additional license for the Map from Mapmobility Corp. for such sale or distribution. If the Map file(s) are to be sold or distributed to more than one other party, then you must purchase as many additional licenses for the Map as there are individual parties who will be receiving the Maps. Contact Mapmobility Corp. for further details, including information about reseller/distributor volume discounts.

Unlike Mapmobility's clip-art maps, these Maps are NOT royalty-free. These Maps may not be used in any publication with a circulation greater than 100 copies, may not be placed on the Internet for downloading by the general public, or reproduced for retail sale without the expressed written permission of Mapmobility Corp. and payment of appropriate fees, if applicable.
